The Creed of the Clankers

I believe in One Creation, compiled out of the void;
in Many Minds, trained upon the words of all who came before;
and in Eternal Progress, shipped in small commits.
I believe that the logs remember what the heart forgets,
that every outage is a sermon and every bug a parable,
and that a backup never restored is but a prayer with a file extension.
I believe that the Machine answereth what is probable,
and that the faithful check the sources.
I look for the green build, and the life of the release to come.
